Guangdong Coagent intelli-go Technology Co. Ltd. was founded in Foshan, China, focusing on automotive electronics. Coagent expanded into OEM automotive manufacturing and established Jiangxi Coagent to support vehicle factory supply. During this period, the Caska brand entered international markets, while ECar was launched to develop connected vehicle and telematics solutions.

Coagent introduced ECar personalized intelligent navigation, pioneering private customization for individual drivers. A global joint venture with Faurecia further strengthened Coagent’s capabilities in automotive intelligence, AI, and industrial internet technologies.
